My Plans For This Weekend!

I have my first free weekend in a long time and I am right now going to randomly pick things for me to do.
1. Watch Good Deeds
2. Victoria Secret Work Out!
3. Go Visit a friend
4. Do the Tighty Tummy Work out
5. I am going to find out how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. It was something on my To Do List! So excited.
6. Maybe buy a Bikini at Walmart.
7. Write a letter
8. Make homemade fruit pop-cycles
9. Paint my nails
10. Leg Work out

I will post about it when I am all done and share some pics.

I keep Getting Sick this Year! So Here is My New Plan of Action.

How I stay healthy.
  • Nettie Pot 3+ Times a day
  • Take a ton of vitamin C pills
  • Emergen-C packets
  • Eat smoothies for breakfast to get my natural vitamins
  • Exercise even though I am tired
  • Swim, Chlorine will clean out your sinuses extremely well. *Swim Team Junkie*
  • Wash hands like a crazy woman
  • Drink water all day
I hope this helps you too. So far I don't feel sick. Stay strong, I know so many people in the hospital.
