How I stay healthy.
- Nettie Pot 3+ Times a day
- Take a ton of vitamin C pills
- Emergen-C packets
- Eat smoothies for breakfast to get my natural vitamins
- Exercise even though I am tired
- Swim, Chlorine will clean out your sinuses extremely well. *Swim Team Junkie*
- Wash hands like a crazy woman
- Drink water all day
